The Commune of Betzdorf is located in the East of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, more precisely in the North-East of the City of Luxembourg, a few kilometers from the German border.
Mensdorf is a locality of the Commune of Betzdorf, located in the South-West of the communal territory, which benefits from a privileged geographical situation, close to the City of Luxembourg, as well as to the road and motorway axes.

Roads :
The locality of Mensdorf is located between the national road N1, in the North, and the A1 freeway, in the South, two axes which cross from West to East the Commune of Betzdorf.
The national road N1 allows to quickly reach the City of Luxembourg in the West.
In addition to the City of Luxembourg, the A1 freeway allows to reach the whole motorway network of the country, of which the North Motorway A7, the freeways in direction of the South, respectively the South Collector towards Esch-sur-Alzette or the Motorway A3 towards France, and the freeway A6 towards Belgium. The A1 freeway leads directly to Germany.
Mensdorf is crossed by the CR 134 and the CR 187.
The site concerned by the project is served directly by the street of Roodt-sur-Syre.
