Project for the realization of single-family houses. The Commune of Käerjeng is located in the southwest of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on the Belgian border. The Commune of Käerjeng was born from the merger of the Communes of Bascharage and Clemency, on January 1, 2012.

Roads:
Hautcharage is crossed by the CR 110A and the CR 111, respectively rue de Bascharage and rue de la Gare. These two roads allow quick access to the national roads, notably the N5 (Luxembourg - Pétange - France/Belgium) and the A13 freeway, the Southern Collector allowing to cross the South of the country from East to West.

Public transportation:
The closest stop to the land concerned by the project, "Hautcharage, Crèche", is located rue du Dix Septembre, on the CR 111, about 100 meters from the land concerned by the project.
This stop is served by the TICE 3 line (Esch - Belvaux - Bascharage - Linger - Rodange) as well as by the RGTR 215 line (Kirschberg - Luxembourg - Bascharage).
The stop "Hautcharage, Um Kläppchen", located in the rue de Bascharage at about 300 meters from the site, is served by the TICE lines 3 and 15 (Esch/Belval - Bascharage - Clemency) and the RGTR 215 line.
The Commune of Käerjeng offers the "Nightbus" service, allowing to serve the stop "Hautcharage, crèche" on Friday and Saturday evenings, from the Kirchberg and the city center of Luxembourg.
