LOCATION
The "NYX" residence is located in Luxembourg-Belair, 5-7, rue Nicolas Simmer. It will be built on a plot of ca. 27.47 ares.

SURROUNDINGS
Located to the west of Luxembourg City, Belair benefits from
close to all the other districts of Luxembourg City. The residence is a stone's throw from the Place de l'Etoile and has excellent public transport links.
Place de l'étoile is an interchange served by municipal buses, regional buses and the tramway line. With the completion of the new "Place de l'Etoile" project, designed to encourage the development of soft mobility, it will also host several cycle paths, Vél'OH stations and pedestrian links to other parts of the city.
